PRODUCT CHARACTERSTICS:-

1-      USE OF ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY R-134a REFRIGERANT

LG uses the R134a high pressure refrigerant of HFC line that has the ozone depletion potential of ¡°0¡± that has no containment of chloride element and completely breakaway from the emerged ozone destruction problem that has been a serious issue
in the recent times.

2-      HIGH QUALITY, HIGH ECONOMIC PROFIT GENERATION

By applying high efficiency single impeller (backward type) and low-solidity airfoil diffuser,
the efficiency of compressor is maximized. And by applying the helical high speed gear we off-set the high thrust force transferred from the impeller. It also applies the thrust bearing of tilting pad type to break the remaining thrust force for enhancing the rotor stability. Also, all the major parts of LTP series comprised evaporator, condenser and compressor have been designed with seperation type to prevent any defects of produst in advance that may occur during the installation of chiller delivered by three body shipment. In order to prevent the inflow of dust or foreign substance, it is designed to enable the washing and replacement of filters on a regular basis.

3-      CONVENIENT OPERATION FUNCTION

As for the major functions of LG water chiller, there are soft start function, scheduling function of chiller operation and data logging function. Soft start Flexible function system prevents the rapid increase of loading of compressor in short period of time and the oil forming phenomenon is minimized when making initial start. If the guide vane is rapidly open in initial movement, the oil forming phenomenon is severely risen to lower the oil pump efficiency that it may damage the machines due to the defects in the lubrication. And such a phenomenon will be prevented in advance.
Also, scheduling function allow the chiller to start and stop of water chiller automatically even without the operator and it is designed to make safe operation. It also remembers the operation data log. This system helps the operator to inspect the chiller operating condition that occurred during his absence
