1-      USER ORIENTED DESIGN

Optimization of Absorbent Solution Flow with Inverter
By regulating and optimizing the absorbent solution flow with the VVVF inverter depending on load condition, energy saving and high efficiency operations are achieved. And also the time to reach to the rated cooling capability is significantly shortened.

 

Energy savings at partial load cooling(with VVVF inerter)
In response to the cooling load, the absorbent solution flow is controlled in optimal term,
therefore, controlling the electric power following the reduction of load is possible.
Also, the fuel consumption is also reduced in comparison to the traditional control logic.

 

Optimization of Diluted Operation
With exclusive microprocessor control logic, the diluted operation time is significantly reduced comparing to the traditional control method. It minimizes the energy of peripheral equipment as well.

Preventive Operation and Safe Operation
The Microprocessor Controller continuously monitors the machine conditions and abnormal- prevention operation is performed in advance to minimize abnormal operation.
When the machine stops abnormally, optimum diluted operation is performed

3-      HIGH RELIABLE DESIGN

 

Easy Maintenance Construction
The marine hatch type of water box allows easy inspection and tube cleaning without cutting or removal of water pipes. LG adopts marine hatch of water box as a standard specification.

 

User Friendly Design
In consideration of the various conditions including machine room, transportation and maintenance the machine is designed as compact and light-weight structure. All valves, damper, gauges are also arranged for user’s angle.

 

4-      HIGH RELIABLE MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER

 

Soft Loading Control
In order to ease an impact on the machine at the initial operation under the partial load condition, the fuel control valve is controlled to prevent the excessive energy input.

 

Power Failure Provision operation ( OPTION )
During an abnormal stop due to the power failure, the Microprocessor Controller monitors the machine conditions, and it re-starts the machine or perform the diluted operation or display the abnormal condition on LCD.

 

Double Monitoring
For higher reliability, the dual safety monitoring is applied on major parts.

 

Temperature Correction
In temperature difference between the measured and the displayed can easily be corrected through the Microprocessor Controller.

 

Sensor Wiring Monitoring ( OPTION )
The wiring conditions of sensors are supervised monitored by the Microprocessor controller and t wire-cut or short-circut is detected.

 

Cooling Water Pump Operation Delay Setting ( OPTION )
The timing of cooling water pump operation can be adjusted depending on chiller(hot) water pump operation.

 

5-      MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER ALLOWS OPTIMIZED OPERATION

 

PID Control Method Having Outstanding Response
Based on the chilled(hot) water outlet temperature changes promptly sensed, LS's PID algorithm, which is exclusively designed for LS Absorption Machine, controls the energy
input precisely. The PID algorithm enables minimizing the time to approach to set-temperature and removing the offset-temperature.

Anti-Crystallization Operation
The concentration level of absorbent solution is always monitored by the microprocessor controller and when it exceeds a certain value, the microprocessor controller controls the energy input to lower the concentration level. In responding to the rapid change of operational condition, the LG Absorption Machine always runs with stable condition

 

Expansion of Safe Operation Responding to the Cooling Water Temperature
The LG Absorption Machine responds to 19 ~ 34 degrees of cooling water temperature and also regulates the energy input depending on cooling water temperature.

 

 

High the Efficiency & Energy Savings
With the increase of efficiency followed by wide range of cooling water temperature control, the energy is saved up to 10%.

 

Maintenance Forecast & Alarm Function
I
f the interference on efficiency operation occurs, the machine itself makes self-diagnosis to provide the advanced information in order to prevent the lower efficiency operation or alarms.

Timing of combustion chamber cleaning.
<Alarm Function>
The conditions of sensors, temperatures and pressures are monitored and if an abnormality occurs, it is indicated in alphabets to make the users to take proper actions.

 

Operation Data Accumulation/Management
The daily operation data (operation time & number of runs), abnormal data and temperature data is accumulated for certain duration.

 

 

6-      HIGH-TECH MCIOM & WIDE LCD SCREEN FOR USER’S CONVENIENCE

 

Operational Condition Display
The various operational conditions are displayed on wide LCD screen.

 

Operation Data Print-out(OPTION)
The data saved in microprocessor can be printed out through the printer installed on the control panel

 

 

Chilled (Hot) Water Flow Display(OPTION)
The water flow rate can be displayed on LCD if flow meter is installed on water piping.

 

 

Inter-locking With Aux. Equipment
The chilled(hot) water pump, cooling water pump and cooling tower can be operated through the microprocessor controller.

 

Reserved Operation(OPTION)
The machine operation can be reserved by hour and day.

 

Pager Function(OPTION)
An alarm condition of the machine can be delivered to the user via pager.

 

Automatic Air-purging(OPTION)
Automatic air-purging function can be served through palladium cell. And the timing of purging and air leakage status can be informed by monitoring vacuum level of purge tank
